Stacking Bracelets

What’s the rules for stacking bracelets? Well…there are none. I always get asked how do I do it and I don’t really know how to answer. It usually just involves me sitting at my vanity and picking bracelets until I’m done.

I’ve always loved jewelry…rings, bracelets, necklaces, and earrings. All. Of. It. There isn’t anything I don’t like. My kiddos always tell me when they can’t find me in a store they just follow the jingle of my bracelets.

There are no rules, really, think of it more like guidelines…and remember less is sometimes more. It might not be a great idea to pile on an arm full of bracelets while wearing a statement necklace and huge earrings…but if you really want to, go for it. In the words of Coco Chanel

“Before you leave the house, look in the mirror and take at least one thing off “

Coco Chanel

So here are some guidelines…

First…pick a statement bracelet

It doesn’t always have to be the biggest bracelet. Mainly its just the one that you want to wear most…could be your favorite or a new one. Not gonna lie some of mine are on repeat and I definitely have been known to wear one or two ALL THE TIME! Anyway, find that ONE

Second…find one or more that compliment it

Yeah, thats it. That’s all. See there’s not much to it.

You can wear an arm full or just one or two depending on what you are comfortable with and what your activity may be.

I’ve put together some ideas for you but really the sky is the limit and the possibilities are limitless. I will say I’ve been collecting bracelets for a LONG time and generally speaking except for a select few I don’t spend a whole lot on my jewelry. Simply because sometimes these are trendy and will go in and out of style quick. My favorite place to buy them…everywhere!

In Thursday’s post, I will be giving you guys some cool bracelet options from Amazon!
